- Establish a project plan (including consulting support if required)
- Decide aims and policies
- Develop communication processes - Full Circle Feedback provides a standard or customised web page for each client to aid the communication process
- Choose a standard survey or develop a customised survey
- Participants register on-line and nominate raters
- Participants and raters provide feedback via a survey on the web
- Feedback reports are produced and emailed, printed and/or made available on the web
- Analyse team and organisational feedback and decide action programs
- Facilitate individual and/or group feedback sessions and action plans
- Ongoing Results Trackers and Action Journal can be enabled
